Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the location.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
COD orders may include a small service fee.
Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via SMS/Email once your order is shipped.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
